Untamed started with a simple frustration - nothing tasted the way I wanted it to.
Everything felt boxed in. Too traditional. Too safe. Too defined. But that’s never how I’ve experienced food.
Growing up in Toronto, flavour didn’t come from one place. It came from everywhere - layered, mixed, constantly evolving. So I stopped trying to make things the “right” way. I started making the food I actually wanted to eat - bold, versatile, and hard to define. Things that could be a dip, a sauce, a spread - whatever you needed them to be.
Untamed Eats is built on that idea. No rules. No categories. Just flavour that works.
Small batch. Made by hand. Meant to be used however you want.
